Answers · The 3–4 things to act on now
Escalation rate by segment
Escalations · clients (24 mo)
Onboarding health
Segment · % in onboarding · stuck > 120d
01 · What the workbook proves
Strategic is the segment under stress. Higher escalation rate,
highest share of stuck onboardings, and lowest reference rate — despite carrying
the largest deals. Investment in onboarding tooling and manager coaching should
concentrate here first.
02 · Managers & individuals
Quality ↔ escalations correlate −0.44. Data-quality scores are
the strongest employee-level predictor of escalations. Two managers (Chen, Rodriguez)
run high-quality teams; one manager (Wilson) has both weak scores and the highest
stuck-onboarding share.
03 · Red flags
16 stuck onboardings + several concrete data-quality defects.
Duplicates (3), phantom self-assigned clients (2), and dirty segment codes (5)
together distort segment-level KPIs by 2–4 pp. All are fixable at ingestion.
04 · The recommendation
Focus the next quarter on Strategic segment onboarding recovery
and a data-quality contract at the source. Both directly move the
escalation rate and unlock reference generation — the value-realization signal
that's under-measured today.
